Nut Milk Maker Bottle Warmer Overheating?

I have a bottle the first year. It works well until it begins to heat the milk. I continue to the amount of water I have, before it begins to collapse, but it seems that nuts are still overheating! I do not think there is something wrong with driving the car, because it still works, but it is so unpredictable. I have noticed is a lot of waste (for example) calcium as a coffee maker and I was wondering if anyone has tried to clean with something. I tried to papertowel the water with one, but nothing comes out.
