I live in Windsor so I can speak only from this perspective, but if) you ever been in the movement of trucks stretching for miles along Huron Church Line (the access road bridge were caught, you will understand the logic of having another crossing between Windsor and Detroit.
I come to Windsor, a few months and I would like to take this opportunity to Detroit often to love ... So, yes, of course, more connections between the two cities, the better!
I agree to an extent
the new bridge for the railroad. Tractor-Trailer
Ambassador Bridge, never had the intention to make / call waiting semi trucks filling power

The current form of the relationship between Detroit and Windsor, theres no need for third parties. Just a waste of money! $$$$.
It would be a total win-win, and soon after the meeting for half an hour traffic jam in Port Huron, I must say that you can also use an additional platform.
