You may have to buy a mist using or something. I was not saliva works. What helps me is before you put the glasses on the breath of i inside the jars and verify closed around my eyes. This usually works for me, but if the work you do, I'm sorry, I do not know what will.

Spit. But if it does not work well for you, very, very thin layer of baby shampoo, rinse works out so well.

My first answer to your question is buy glasses that are intended to be anti-fog now. I have a few and verify your work! My second solution, shampoo! Rinse Sqeeze only slightly for the two lenses and with water. Shampoo works as a film on your glasses and glasses to prevent steam fog.

The anti-fog, also known as anti-fog treatment and to avoid condensation of water on a surface in the form of droplets that look like fog. A thin layer of clear natural soap prevents fog formation in glass and plastic! The anti-fog is easy to apply and effectively prevents fogging on glass and plastic items such as sunglasses, goggles, sunglasses, goggles, motorcycle helmet and face shield camera lenses. The only ingredient is the natural scented soap.
